Usage
How it works
- Head to the Mining Center NPC and rent a truck ($100).
- Drive to a mining zone marked on the map.
- Equip your pickaxe or drill and mine ore nodes. Each node breaks after enough hits and drops a
*_oreitem on the ground. - Pick up the ore - your character carries it with an animation. Load it into your truck bed or drop it in the zone dumpster storage.
- Drive to the Cleaning Center NPC and process your ores. Each ore takes ~12 seconds to clean and converts
*_oreinto the refined mineral. - Return to the Mining Center NPC and sell your materials for cash.
NPCs
Mining Center NPC
- Sell Materials - open the sell shop for refined ores
- Rent Vehicle - rent a Bison truck for $100
- Return Vehicle - return the truck within 10 m of the Mining Center for a full $100 refund
- Toggle Zone Blips - show or hide mining zone blips on the map
Cleaning Center NPC
- Clean Ores - select an ore type, choose an amount and process raw ores into refined minerals (~12 s per ore)
Gems NPC
- Appraise Gems - reveal the hidden quality tier of your raw gems
- Sell Gems - open the gem sell shop
Gem mining
Once you reach Rank 5, enter the Tunnel zone to find raw gems. Take them to the Gems NPC in the city to appraise their quality, then sell them for a bonus price.

Drill bits are installed into the drill at the Mining Center shop. They wear down with use and break when durability reaches zero.

Raw ores must be cleaned at the Cleaning Center NPC before they can be sold.

Gems
Gems are found only in the Tunnel zone and are exclusive to players at Rank 5 or higher. They drop directly as typed gem items with a hidden quality that is revealed when appraised at the Gems NPC.

Reputation & progression
Reputation is earned by selling ores at the Mining Center. Higher ranks unlock faster gathering speed, a chance to receive a double ore drop, and access to better drill bits.
